WINDOW
Week 1 April. 'Window'
This is the first of the weekly prompts I came up with to highlight all the amazing images that are taken on Norfolk Island each year.
It is time for everyone to share.
Each week there will be a weekly prompt of a word that will hopefully inspire you to take or find one of your photos that fits that prompt word.
You post your image onto Norfolk Island Tourism's facebook page and add the hashtag #norfolkislandpic.
It is that simple!!!

Thanks for the super cool disco party!
I got a call from Kim to bring my paints along to paint something quick and easy of their new & handmade waterbomb board. Liam wanted a giraffe and a monkey, but I didn't bring enough paint to do the giraffe, so we suggested a flower (he rolled his eyes to this and said..."as long as all my friends know that it is a boy monkey") I added the monkey eating plant pods to the flower to make it look more boy like.

Farewell Summer & Hello Autumn
Embarrassingly I haven't posted anything since the first day of summer.
This is the day I broke my tailbone on a waterslide at work (see this photo)
I now find it very hard to sit for long periods of time at the computer, so the blog has disappeared onto the back burner.
My aim this week is to go back to all the Friday favourite photos I missed since the first day of summer. I want to revisit the past 3 months including my Christmas & new year with my family in Noosa.
Time is just flying, especially when you have as much fun in life as I do!

Friday Favourite Photo~ Dripped Sandcastles
During my childhood holidays camping at 7 mile beach Gerroa every January (and on Norfolk Island too), we loved to create dripped castles in the sand.
I enjoyed doing the same with my children this week.
Who says I need to grow up anyway☻
